Founded as Hima & Company — a proprietary organisation established on November 1, 1991, with a focus on industrial product distribution in Hyderabad.
1994
Incorporated as Hima Matrix Pvt. Ltd. — officially registered as a Private Limited Company on December 9, 1994 under CIN U51109AP1994PTC018931, marking a significant step in the company's formalisation and growth.
2020
Rebranded to Hima Matrix Private Limited — the company rebranded in February 2020 to better reflect its evolving business focus and identity as a comprehensive industrial solutions provider.
