Under the Shanthi Rebuild initiative, Shanthi Gears has established a structured programme to repair, refurbish, and recondition industrial gearboxes of any make — bringing worn-out drives back to original performance specifications at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Hima Matrix has been identified by Shanthi Gears as the authorised partner for this initiative in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We have the complete infrastructure and engineering capability to handle the full reconditioning activity in-house — and have demonstrated this capability through successful execution of large-scale, high-value reconditioning contracts across the region.
