The CleanScrape Belt Cleaning System introduces a revolutionary innovation in belt cleaning technology.
CleanScrape is installed diagonally across the discharge pulley and forms a three dimensional curve. The cleaner incorporates a matrix of tungsten carbide scrapers and is tensioned against the belt. Despite an extremely low contact pressure between belt and cleaner, 85% to 95% of stuck material is removed.
